Hi Hart TKD members and families,
I am excited to say that we will be back at club next week!
Here’s what you need to know for the classes:
Modified Class times
To allow for an easy flow of members in and out of the hall and accurate contact tracing, the class times have been modified slightly. More details will be emailed to you.
Timely drop off and pick up
Parents need to be timely in the dropping off and collection of students. Please drop-off and pick-up your kids in the car park and don’t come into the hall for now. Make sure you don’t get caught out by new finish times with picking them up as we don’t want students having to wait long for their parents especially on these colder nights.
Parents ARE welcome to come into the do-jang… there will be a contact tracing form to complete at the door.
Hygiene
Hand sanitiser is provided at the entrance to the hall and outside the bathrooms… please use them.
Contact Tracing
We will be using our normal app to track your attendance.
